With TTV since 2025
Lynne Laube is an operating partner at TTV Capital, where she brings decades of experience building and scaling businesses to the firm’s early- and growth-stage portfolio companies.
Lynne is the co-founder and former CEO of Cardlytics (NASDAQ: CDLX), a pioneer in the rewards and loyalty space and a TTV portfolio company. Under her leadership, Cardlytics became one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the U.S., as recognized by the Deloitte Fast 500 and Inc. 5000, and Lynne successfully led the company through its IPO in 2018. By the time she stepped down, Lynne had scaled Cardlytics to $300 million in revenue and expanded its reach to over 180 million monthly users, transforming how financial institutions connect with their customers. Lynne currently serves on several private and public company boards, including NerdWallet, where she chairs the Compensation Committee.
Her work has earned numerous accolades, including being named one of Inc. Magazine’s Top 10 Venture-Backed Female Founders and a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award. She was presented the Carl H. Linder Award for Outstanding Business Achievement in 2024, and was inducted to the Technology of Georgia Fintech Hall of Fame.
A passionate advocate for women in business, Lynne founded Women of Cardlytics, a program designed to support and mentor women in the workplace. The initiative contributed to Cardlytics’ recognition as one of Atlanta’s top places to work for multiple years.
Prior to Cardlytics, Lynne spent over a decade in executive roles at Capital One and began her career at Bank One. She holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
