Mary Dressler

Mary Missbach Dressler is a partner at TTV Capital, where she serves as CFO and oversees the firm’s financial operations. She rejoined TTV Capital after nearly two decades in investment banking, advising corporate clients and private equity investors on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, and other strategic transactions.

Prior to rejoining TTV Capital, Mary served as a Managing Director at SOLIC Capital Advisors, where she supported clients through complex transactions by providing financial analysis, valuation, strategic positioning, and execution support. Her experience spans a broad range of industries, including healthcare, business services, consumer, retail, and technology.

Prior to SOLIC Capital Advisors, Mary was an Associate at Navigant Capital Advisors, LLC, the corporate finance arm of Navigant Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: NCI), where she focused on middle-market mergers and acquisitions and private placements of debt and equity capital.

Mary earned an M.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a B.A. in Economics from the University of the South.
