Neil Kapur is a partner at TTV Capital, where he focuses on sourcing and deal flow, in addition to his portfolio and board responsibilities.
Prior to joining TTV, Neil was an early team member and Principal at B Capital Group, a global venture capital and growth equity investment firm backed by the Boston Consulting Group with over $6 billion in assets under management. Neil led investments across fintech and insurtech for B Capital.
Neil’s professional experience includes time at Google, where he launched and scaled Google Pay in the U.S. and a dozen-plus other geographies. He was also a startup operator who helped grow two fintech startups in payments infrastructure and lending; his work on a Series B fundraising round led him to become interested in venture capital. Neil started his career at Deloitte and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey while working in investment banking and consulting.
Neil is a fixture at industry events and has spoken at Fintech South and Axios Roundtable events. He was named to Business Insider’s list of rising stars in venture capital in 2023.
Neil earned his M.B.A. from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and a B.S. in Economics from Emory University.
