Paul Todd is a Venture Partner at TTV Capital.
Before joining TTV, Paul served as Senior EVP and Chief Financial Officer of Global Payments, where he was responsible for all global financial operations of the company. Paul had previously served as Senior EVP and Chief Financial Officer of TSYS for 5 years before the TSYS merger with Global Payments. Before becoming CFO at TSYS, Paul was responsible for strategy, M&A, and global product and marketing at the company. Prior to rejoining TSYS in 2008, Paul served as President and CEO of the Synovus Financial Management (FMS) family of companies, and had previously served as CFO and COO of Synovus FMS and head of M&A at Synovus. Before joining Synovus, Paul served in various finance-related capacities at TSYS to include CFO of DotsConnect, the company’s online venture. Paul began his career at Procter & Gamble in Finance.
Paul is particularly interested in the payments ecosystem and the future of financial services delivery.
Paul has served on various community nonprofit boards including the RiverCenter for the Performing Arts, the Community Foundation of the Chattahoochee Valley, Columbus Area Habitat for Humanity, St. Francis Hospital and co-founded OrphanAid, a non-profit supporting orphan care worldwide. In 2017, Paul was named CFO of the Year by the CFO Roundtable.
Paul earned an M.B.A from Vanderbilt University and a B.B.A. from the University of Memphis.
