Sean Banks

Sean Banks is a partner at TTV Capital, where he oversees legal, regulatory, and financial operations, in addition to his portfolio and board responsibilities.

Throughout his tenure at TTV, Sean has held numerous leadership roles to support Atlanta’s fintech ecosystem. He chaired the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG)’s Fintech Society for over a decade and served on TAG’s Board of Directors and Leadership Counsel. He also has served as a member of the Venture Atlanta Selection Committee and is a founding member of the Fintech Atlanta Task Force. With a deep knowledge of fintech connections in Atlanta, Sean has provided invaluable contributions to the region’s key fintech and venture organizations.

Prior to joining TTV, Sean served as Vice President of Finance and General Counsel for an Atlanta-based startup. He earned his M.B.A. from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, where he was one of five Woodruff Fellows, and received his J.D. from the University of San Diego. Sean graduated from the United States Naval Academy, where he played baseball and earned a B.S. in Economics.
